Man boom will soon take over the place of baby boom in the
senior scene. This is news to everyone since women are expected to live much
longer than men. But according to Census projections, the numbers would even
out as life expectancy spikes for men while it flattens out for women. This
results into a more equal ratio of men to women age 75-plus by the year 2040. A
