Life Expectancy of Older Men are Rising



Man boom will soon take over the place of baby boom in the senior scene. This is news to everyone since women are expected to live much longer than men. But according to Census projections, the numbers would even out as life expectancy spikes for men while it flattens out for women. This results into a more equal ratio of men to women age 75-plus by the year 2040. A lot of changes will happen in the long term care industry since people will yearn for different kinds of facilities perfect for couples, activities that cater to both genders and support groups that are focused on challenges that male caregivers might encounter.
